Does it keep formatting?
It detects headings (by font size), bold and italic text, and groups wrapped lines back into proper paragraphs — so the .docx is genuinely editable. It does not reproduce exact columns, images or pixel-perfect layout.
Why is my scanned PDF empty?
Scanned PDFs are images with no text layer, so there's no text to extract. This tool works on PDFs that contain real text.
