Are my files uploaded to a server?

How does it remove the vocals?
It uses center-channel cancellation: in most studio recordings the voice sits exactly in the middle of the stereo image, so subtracting the two channels makes it drop away while instruments remain.
Why can I still hear some vocals?
Reverb, echoes and backing vocals aren't perfectly centered, so traces can remain. It works best on standard studio stereo mixes — and not at all on mono files.
